25 hours per week.

JOB TITLE: Scholarship Coach and Facilities Manager
ACCOUNTABILITY: Football Committee
JOB PURPOSE: Ensuring the smooth running of the football club for all teams
KEY RESULT AREA:
- Manage and maintain outstanding club facilities
- Excellent experience all club teams and coaches
- Excellent experience for all external hires
- Coach at the sixth form scholarship
- Build relationships with Schools on behalf of the club
- Run club tournaments
- Run holiday course program
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the club’s facilities including 4G and grass pitches, 4G pitch bookings, maintenance, floodlights and changing rooms. Timetabling of the 4G pitch and the club’s grass pitches
- Coach at St Mary’s sixth form scholarship working for the scholarship manager – must commit to UEFA C (or already hold equivalent)
- Organise, promote, and facilitate football holiday camps. Lead coach at camps
- Expand Schools Program - Develop positive relationships with local Primary Schools – Burley Woodhead Coaching block each September (extra coaching hours will be paid at the hourly rate in addition)
- Support the induction of new coaches into the club especially u5 and u6 age groups and girls’ entry age
- Organise, promote, and run the annual club tournaments.
- Weekly pitch and equipment inspections and maintenance. 4G pitch brushing twice per week
- Maintain a positive relationship with Ilkley Grammar School and groundsmen. Be main point of contact with the school. Maintain a positive relationship with the groundsman at Ben Rhydding Sports Club.
- Other administrative tasks on behalf of the club.
- Support the club in achieving its vision for being a promoter of wellbeing in the community.

- Be an advocate of the Club, promoting the club’s vision and wellbeing ethos
- Feedback quarterly to the Board and Committee on delivery of the above objectives
- Support all club events
Role is 25 hours per week / 52 weeks a year
Salary £15,000
Expected working hours - to be agreed
